Our SHOPI GAME gaming store team decided to find out how you can remove a VAC ban and whether it is actually possible. We managed to do it! Here is how it worked and a short story about it.
We are a community that sells gaming accounts, including accounts with a VAC ban in CS2 (of course with inventory). We had a case where we received a request for a large number of products specifically in this category, and we successfully completed the order. After that, we became curious why someone would need 100+ accounts with a VAC ban, so we asked this person. The answer was very simple: they sent us statistics showing that out of 100 accounts, the ban was removed from 7. This statistic surprised us, because on many forums the answer is always the same, that VAC cannot be removed!

Yes, according to the rules, if a VAC ban is received for cheats, there is a 0.01% chance that you will actually get it removed. If it is issued by mistake, the ban is usually removed within 7-15 days. Let us move on to a short set of instructions:
- If you received a VAC ban by accident (you did not play with cheats), what you should do in such cases:
- Write to Steam Support and describe everything clearly and concisely (without slang like: I was kinda playing and it crashed and now I cannot play, remove the ban). The system processes such messages as spam and sends them straight to the spam folder, the developers will not even review them
- The length of your message should be between 1500 and 2000 characters (well written)
- Do not use AI (artificial intelligence) to create the message - the system also detects this quickly and sends it to spam.
- Use proper wording, keep any offensive language to yourself, even if your inventory is worth 1 million dollars, unfortunately that will not help resolve the issue.
- If support contacts you, reply again in a competent and polite manner and answer all questions correctly.
- If after the first reply you do not receive any further notifications within 1-3 days, send a follow-up message to support.
In almost 85% of cases, if you follow the rules above, your VAC ban will be removed!

Now let us move on to removing a VAC ban if you did play with cheats:
- Use all the rules above: write a proper support message (state that you did not use cheats)
- Resend your message every 7 days for 3-10 months to Steam Support (during this period, in 60% of our cases the VAC ban was removed, the main thing is that the account information is correct)
- Change the email address every month so it is not always the same one (otherwise you may be flagged as spam and all your efforts will be wasted)
Our success rate for removing bans when someone really played with cheats is not very high, but it does exist. We hope this guide was useful for you and will help you solve your issues, and if you lost your CS2 account or Dota 2 account, our team is always ready to help and will find the best option for you and your budget!
