Refund Policy
A refund is issued only if a replacement is not possible! Replacement means an item that is similar (not exactly the same) or an item equal in value to what you purchased. All decisions are at the discretion of the manager! If the manager does not have a similar replacement or an item of equal value to your purchase, then the store will refund your money within 24 hours! Refunds are made at the discretion of the manager communicating with you! If you do not agree with this store policy, please refrain from placing an order. Thank you!
P.S. If you provide reasons such as: "It didn’t suit me, I changed my mind, this account is not worth the money," etc. - refunds will not be issued!
Product Exchange
If the item becomes invalid or blocked within the warranty period of 24 hours, we will provide a replacement with a similar item or an account of equal value! If you change the password, email, nickname, country, or make a payment through the Steam system - the warranty will be void, and such an item will not be eligible for exchange!
