If you have already found the Dark Archer in Crimson Desert, then you need to find the cloak, which is well hidden inside the grotto near Lake Charonso belonging to the Scholastown academy. Just go to the stairs and climb to the very top level, break the glowing barrier with the skill «Focused Palm of Power» and take the reward from the container.
You should start your search west of the settlement of Hernand. You will get there during Chapter 4 while completing the quest «Gate to Another World». Try this:
- Find a large cave west of the river, around which scholars and trolls wander.
- Enter inside and immediately turn left to the stairs
- Climb to the upper level of the location
- Use your skill «Focused Palm of Power» to break the glowing wall
- Keep your distance to avoid getting shocked by the Abyssal Cage.
- Enter the hole and search the wooden chest
Besides the cloak, inside you will find the Enhanced Palmar Pill. This useful item can fully restore the health bar immediately after the character's resurrection.
Using the new outfit completely changes the approach to resource gathering. Put on camouflage and avoid sudden movements near beasts. The animals will stop panicking, giving you a window to deliver quick melee strikes. However, excessive noise can still scare the surrounding wildlife.
In addition to camouflage functions, the item provides excellent defensive properties:
- Provides level 5 cold resistance
- Considered the best gear against frost at the start of the playthrough
