Hypercharges are another type of progression in the game Brawl Stars. Like the Super ability, they charge during a match, and when activated, the player receives boosted stats (speed, damage, defense), while the Super ability gains unique properties. The Hypercharge slot unlocks at the 11th and final upgrade level. After that, you can purchase it for 5000 coins. It can also be obtained for free:
- from Hypercharge drops
- from legendary drops and various events.
In this case, the Hypercharge will be unavailable until you reach the required upgrade level, but it will already be on your account.

When adding new Hypercharges, the developers always launch events that allow players to obtain this expensive upgrade element for free, for example, by completing simple quests or participating in special events, such as “Hyperchaos.” This event resembles the old Power League system, where players received a random map in Showdown mode. You will also play as a random brawler who received a Hypercharge in this update, even if you do not own that character on your account.
This event is also part of Season 47. Now, after 10 wins in Hyperchaos, you receive a Hyperdrop, from which you can get a Hypercharge for any brawler. However, only characters with newly added Hypercharges participate in the event: Trunk, Ziggi, Larry & Lori, Jay Yong, Allie, Byron, Ollie, Mina, Gigi, and Finks.
The special feature of this event is that instead of regular power cubes from boxes, you receive items that instantly charge your ability and Hypercharge. Match results strongly depend on which brawler you get; players consider Mina and Allie the strongest picks. They have fast and powerful abilities that dominate other event characters. For a win to count in the event, you must place in the top four.

Below you will find tips on how to consistently win and claim a free Hypercharge.
- If you get a support (Jane Yong, Byron, Ziggi), always stay away from fights, even if you bought an account with gems.
- Avoid bushes — enemies may be hiding there, check them with long-range attacks.
- When playing assassins (Gigi, Allie), hunt brawlers with weak or slow attacks.
