In the game world of Grounded 2, the lack of clean drinking water is just as big a problem as giant insects and harsh weather conditions. Without water, your character can die even if they have the best equipment. To prevent death from thirst, regularly check and monitor the thirst bar — if the indicator drops below 25%, immediately go in search of clean water.
At the beginning of the game, you may come across dirty puddles that might seem like a great source of water at first glance, but we do not recommend drinking from them. Of course, dirty water can quench your thirst, but at the same time, you’ll encounter some unpleasant debuffs.
To find clean water, direct all your attention upwards — to the dew drops on the grass, which are the best source of clean water.
When you spot a drop of dew, hit the blade of grass it hangs from with your axe — after that, the drop will fall, and you can collect it into your canteen or drink it right on the spot.
Your gameplay will become much easier if you monitor the thirst bar in time.
