Locked crates are the main source of proper weapons in the game SAND: Raiders of Sophie. To get everything from the crates you will need to search for keys at different locations. To reach the chests you need to defeat enemies or take them from other players. The game has a system where if you do not collect everything before the end of the match, all skins disappear after it ends.
How to open crates ?
There are three types in total in the game. They are most often found at ship crash sites, but sometimes appear in fortresses and other large locations. These containers are divided into different colors:
- Gray — crates with valuables
- Yellow - utility crates
- Copper – weapon crates
Such chests can be carried by hand and loaded onto the walker "Trampler" together with friends, if your friend does not have the game, we recommend gifting a free SAND: Raiders of Sophie key. Any found key will work to open them.
How to get a key for crates?
- Visit all city and fortress locations
- Dig up piles of sand, there are many hidden keys
- Defeat enemies (Infected players or upgraded ones)
- Loot from dead players or steal from another walker
The game runs in a PvEvP format, so opponents will hunt for keys and crates just as actively as you. Therefore, open the container immediately on the spot and do not carry it anywhere!
