This function is available when you strictly follow the established conditions, and do it through an external device, and not through the game itself. Our store has prepared instructions on how to restore quickly sold players:
If you accidentally sold players, it is possible to restore them via the EA FC Web App or Companion App, these two tools are available in all countries on absolutely all devices, here is our step-by-step instruction:

  1. First, set up access for the app. Download the Companion app via Google Play or the App Store. Visit the official EA Sports FC website for the web version, log in there using your EA Easy Account details.
  2. In the «Clubs» section on the left side of the screen, find and select the Quick Sell Recovery menu.
  3. Select the player you want to restore. Only cards that are subject to restoration will be displayed in the list, click on the desired player and select the RESTORE option.
  4. Add the player to the club, and after recovery the card will move to the "Unallocated items" section. By going to the store and finding unallocated items, you will be able to rewrite the card to the main club.

After all these actions, the player will return to your club.

Limitations and requirements for restoration
The sales restoration function is extremely useful, but it also has a number of limitations, for example:

  • Recovery period. A player can be recovered within 7 days after you sold him, after which the function will no longer be available.
  • Recovery limit. Only five players can be recovered within 31 days.
  • Restrictions on the type of cards. Only player cards are subject to recovery, the following are NOT subject to recovery: loaned players, club items, coaches and consumables.
  • Recovery cost. In order to restore a player, you must have enough coins in your account, the recovery cost is equal to the reset cost. After the player recovers, the coins will be withdrawn from your account.

If the recovery function does not work for you, it is important to review the points above.

1. Plan your recovery, do not put it off until the last day, then it may be too late.
2. Keep an eye on the limit, if it is exhausted, be careful during the next actions in Ultimate Team.
