Initially, players will be required to take on a new investigation from NPC Noir in the Kamuro District. You need to arrive at the location and talk to the character, who will send you on a quest to find a cool skin.
Head to the Fox Sluice location after accepting the quest. This area features a massive hydroelectric dam. There will be nothing apparent on the surface, so don’t think you’ve come to the wrong place. However, task markers will guide you underground—follow them! It's somewhat similar to the turtle mission!
There are two ways to enter the dam: first, through a booth on one of the banks; second, by using a pipe on its slope. Be extremely cautious during the descent to avoid falling and getting injured.
If you manage to get inside, follow the task markers leading to three crates with files. You’ll need to search these and retrieve a "bad guys" list from the last crate.
