The full release of Silent Hill 2 by Bloober Team was slightly delayed, with Deluxe edition owners getting to start a few days earlier. The game is now available on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5.
This remake, as at the start of early access, boasts "extremely positive" reviews on Steam - 96% based on over 5,000 reviews.
Thanks to the quality update of the original title and loads of new content, including Easter eggs, locations, puzzles, and expanded storylines, the developers have rightfully earned their praise.
We would like to remind you that the average playthrough will take twice as long as the original Silent Hill 2.
This release was so successful that it couldn't go unnoticed by other studios. For example, the team at CD Projekt RED congratulated their colleagues at Bloober Team and presented a Silent Hill 2-style cover for Cyberpunk 2077:
"In my restless dreams, I see that town. Silent Hill."
