During the quest «The Swan and the Mitra», you will be sent to repair the radio station. You will need to meet the NPC Bullettooth Anthony to get it done. He will require special parts, such as a crystalline photon agitator, which can help repair the laser rifle.
There are also two ways to find the required part:
1. Purchase from Nadia.
The map shows Nadia’s trading post, where you should go. There, you can buy the crystalline photon agitator for 288 tickets, but first, talk to the trader. There is also a chance to get a small discount if you have upgraded your charm.
2. Find the part yourself.
This is not very difficult. In the center of the city of Bromy, there is the Wolfie store—head there. Inside the building, on one of the tables, you will find the agitator.
Now you can safely return to Anthony and help him repair the radio station.
