Store warranty for any product 24-48 hours (In some cases, 12 hours or no warranty on the product, you will be informed about this before purchasing the product). 1st Warranty Category:
(The first 3 warranties cover only 2 cases (Incorrect password, meaning the account was returned, or the account was blocked through no fault of your own)
- 10 days - 10$
- 15 days - 13$
- 30 days - 20$
2nd Warranty Category:
The warranty covers all cases (Incorrect password, account blocked, or in-game activity from a third party)
- 30 days - 45$
During the warranty period, the product will be replaced with a similar one you purchased, based on the number of battles, characters, premium tanks in the account, etc. Sometimes, you may receive a replacement account that differs by up to 5 characters or vehicles. (For example, if you purchased a Genshin account with 20 characters, we may send a replacement with at least 15 characters, although we will strive to match 20).
Almost the entire assortment in the store is free of third-party activity, as we thoroughly check products before listing them. However, unforeseen cases sometimes occur, so we recommend insuring the product for a longer period! The warranty price is indicated for products up to 2000₴, other cases will be evaluated separately by our manager.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- You used cheats or other programs (not related to official services) - your account will be banned
- You did not follow account usage rules - your account will be banned, returned, or reset with a random password
- You shared account access with third parties (your friend, acquaintance, relative, etc.) - this may interfere with your gameplay
If you abuse the warranty, break the rules - you will be banned forever + all the products you have purchased will be banned!
